Located in a charming 1940s building in the lively Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires, this spacious and stylish studio was previously a small, dark office space.

This 54 m² ground-floor apartment underwent a significant interior redesign by architect Carol Burton.
The apartment receives ample natural light from a large window, accentuated by a clean, open layout that promotes the flow of light and air, making the window visible from every area.
On the ground floor, the terrazzo-clad kitchen aligns with the new minimalist staircase, crafted from a single folded metal piece, which doubles as cabinetry, pantry, and refrigerator. The cabinet doors are precisely cut to match the stairs' shape, ensuring no space is wasted.
All furniture by Studio Seguí was custom-designed, including a chair that doubles as a coat rack and a shelf that functions as a shoe rack. These carefully planned touches, included from the early design stages, make the compact space both comfortable and functional.
